Hi there,
My name is Adie, and I am a Professional Magician who is seeking work in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, and surrounding areas.
I have been a Magical performer for the last 12 years now, working here in the UK and also on the island of Tenerife.

I started out by doing close up magic in bar's and restaurants, but soon I was asked to perform a stage show at an American bar for their 4th of July celebrations. This was a huge success, to which they asked me back on several other occasions.

So from this, was born my comedy stage show. But soon I realised that the audience's in Tenerife were completely different in each venue, so at this point I had to develop my show to fit the venue, I came up with, not only the comedy show, but a serious show, children's show, adult show and an international show.

I soon realised that balloon modelling, seem to come, hand in hand with my magic and so I started learning the art of twisting the balloons into various shapes, now my repertoire, include, poodles, swan's, swords, butterflies, parrots, motorbikes and flowers but to name a few.

So with all these shows and with my close up material, I performed for many audiences in so many different venues across the south of Tenerife for 7 years. I came back to the UK in 2003, to try and further my knowledge of my magical
skills, and my career. I found this a lot harder than in Tenerife, for a few reasons, i.e. the distance you have to travel, which means you can only work one venue a night, rather than 2 or sometimes 3, like you could in Tenerife.

Not all venues have entertainment and of course, there was the self employed side of the business to consider as well.
But on the flip side to all this, there was a lot more events and occasions here in the UK for me to pursue, i.e. weddings, birthdays, corporate events, dinners, fun days and also quite a few charitable events too especialy Headway - the brain injury association.

So here I am, working, entertaining and loving making people smile.
